MIKAYLA GOSLING
Junior Recreational Coach

Mikayla is a vibrant, passionate, hardworking and powerful dancer whose dance journey began at the age of 6 where she learnt ballet, jazz and hip hop. From there she discovered her passion for competitive dancing which encouraged her to train harder and more intensely as well as work privately with Miss Oliveah to improve her stage presence and technique. During that time Mikayla has achieved state, national and international success in jazz, pom, hip-hop and All Star cheerleading; her results are a testament to her work ethic and character.

Mikayla shines in all genres of dance but her specialties lie in jazz and hip-hop. At such a young age she has competed in a number of prestigious competitions at national and international levels including Global D+C Games Championships - Hawaii, USA, Asia Pacific Grand International - Queensland, Australia, World Cup Cheer and Dance - Sydney, Australia, Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation - Melbourne, Sydney & Queensland and Dance and Cheer Events - Sydney, Australia. At each of these events, Mikayla has returned home a 2x Global D+C Games Champion, multiple junior grand champion and a 5x pom, jazz and hip-hop national champion.
She is currently training as a soloist and key team member on Rosebourke's performance team.

Apart from her competitive success, Mikayla has also been apart of several Christmas shows at the Rouse Hill Town Centre, performed at The Royal Easter Show and numerous school fairs. Students at Rosebourke will see Mikayla most days of the week, training with the senior team or assisting our babies in their Saturday morning classes. Her kind nature and passion for helping students in all aspects of dance make her an asset to our team and through hands on experience she is set to be an outstanding coach, role model and mentor to the next generation of Rosebourke dancers!
